What kind of drawing can I upload?

You can upload a drawing of a person, pet, animal, monster, imaginary creature, house, flower, car, or anything your child loves.

Clear photos or scans work best. Please make sure the drawing is well lit, flat, and not blurry.

What material is the standard piece made from?

Our standard piece is made using a copper-base enamel process.

The artwork is adapted into enamel colorwork on a copper base, creating a durable keepsake rather than a printed image.

Can I request a gold or silver base?

Yes. Gold or silver base customization may be available for special commissions.

Because the final price depends on size, artwork complexity, and material cost, gold and silver options are quoted individually. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Can you make the keepsake exactly like the drawing?

We try to preserve the charm, lines, colors, and emotional character of the original drawing as much as possible.

Because enamel has its own production limits, some tiny details may need to be simplified or adjusted. Before production begins, we will send you a design proof for approval.

Will I see the design before it is made?

Yes. Every custom order includes a design proof before production.

Production will only begin after you approve the design.

Can I request changes?

Yes. Each order includes one free minor revision.

Minor revisions may include small line adjustments, color adjustments, or simple layout changes.

Major redesigns may require an additional fee.

How long does it take?

Design proof: 2–3 business days

Production: 15–25 business days after design approval

Shipping: depends on your country or region

Custom enamel pieces take time because each one is made individually.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before approving the design proof.

Once the design proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled because it is custom-made just for you.

Can I return a custom item?

Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production defect, damage, or a clear mistake on our side.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

Is this a toy?

No. Our enamel keepsakes are not toys.

Small parts may present a choking hazard. Children should use, wear, or handle the product only under adult supervision.

Can I add engraving?

Engraving options may be available depending on the product. If available, you can add a name, date, short message, or initials.

Can I order more than one piece from the same drawing?

Yes. You can order multiple keepsakes from the same drawing. This is a lovely option for parents, grandparents, or family gifts.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to selected international destinations.

Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes may be charged by your country or carrier upon delivery.

Who owns the drawing after I upload it?

You keep ownership of your child’s drawing.

By uploading the drawing, you give us permission to use it only to create your custom keepsake and communicate with you about your order.

We will not publicly display your child’s artwork without your permission.
