Return and Refund Policy

Because each Tiny Art Forever piece is custom-made based on your uploaded artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

You may cancel your order before approving the design proof.

Once the design proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled because the item is made specifically for you.

Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production defect, damage, or a clear mistake on our side.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging if the package was damaged

We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, shipping information, and approval before production begins.
