SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
Tiny Art Forever creates custom enamel keepsakes based on artwork uploaded by customers.
Because each piece is custom-made, the final product may vary from the original drawing due to design adaptation, enamel production limits, screen color differences, material characteristics, handmade processes, and technical requirements.
We make reasonable efforts to preserve the charm, lines, colors, and emotional character of the original artwork. However, small details may need to be simplified or adjusted before production.
Colors, product appearance, size, and finish may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device settings, photography, lighting, production processes, and material limitations.
All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 3 - CUSTOM ARTWORK AND DESIGN PROOF
For custom products, customers must upload artwork before adding the item to cart.
After the order is placed, we will create a design proof for your approval.
Production will only begin after you approve the design proof.
Each order includes one free minor revision. Minor revisions may include small line adjustments, color adjustments, or simple layout changes.
Major redesigns, substantial artwork changes, or additional revisions may require an additional fee.
By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the artwork or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it for the creation of your custom product.
You retain ownership of your uploaded artwork. By uploading the artwork, you grant Tiny Art Forever permission to use it only for the purpose of creating your custom product, communicating with you about your order, and fulfilling your purchase.
We will not publicly display your child’s artwork without your permission.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Tiny Art Forever reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
For custom-made products, you may cancel your order before approving the design proof.
Once the design proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled because the item is made specifically for you.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 5 - PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed.
Unless otherwise clearly stated, product prices do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes, carrier handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and shipping information for all purchases.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is true, correct, and complete.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Each Tiny Art Forever piece is custom-made after your design proof is approved.
Estimated timeline:
Design proof: 2–3 business days
Production: 15–25 business days after design approval
Shipping: depends on your country or region
The shipping method shown at checkout refers to shipping after production, not the full custom production timeline.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, weather events, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our control.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier handling fees charged by the destination country or carrier.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier handling fees required by their country or region.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Because each Tiny Art Forever piece is custom-made based on your uploaded artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production defect, damage, or a clear mistake on our side.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging if the package was damaged.
We will review the issue and help resolve it in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 8 - SAFETY NOTICE
Our enamel keepsakes are not toys.
Small parts may present a choking hazard.
Children should use, wear, or handle the product only under adult supervision.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is used appropriately and safely.
