Each Tiny Art Forever piece is custom-made after your design proof is approved.
Estimated timeline:
Design proof: 2–3 business days
Production: 15–25 business days after design approval
Shipping: depends on your country or region
Please note that the shipping time shown at checkout refers to shipping after production, not the full custom production timeline.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
For U.S. orders, standard international shipping is currently available.
For selected international destinations, shipping availability and cost may vary by country or region.
Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier handling fees charged by the destination country or carrier.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs-related charges required by their country or region.
Customs inspection may also cause delivery delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Changes
You may request changes before approving the design proof.
Each order includes one free minor revision.
Minor revisions may include small line adjustments, color adjustments, or simple layout changes.
Major redesigns may require an additional fee.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before approving the design proof.
Once the design proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled because it is custom-made just for you.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production defect, damage, or a clear mistake on our side.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
Damage or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging if the package was damaged
We will review the issue and help resolve it.
Safety Notice
Our enamel keepsakes are not toys.
Small parts may present a choking hazard. Children should use, wear, or handle the product only under adult supervision.
